• Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been installed, used, or altered.
• Products purchased under clearance or final sale categories.

3. Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your return and refund eligibility.

4. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped product, Ships Control will bear the return shipping cost.
• For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

5. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately upon delivery with photos or videos showing the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, standard return procedures apply. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5 business days of confirmation.
